Bass in the Domain is set to make a high-energy return to nipaluna/Hobart in 2026, bringing with it a stellar mix of established artists and rising local talent. Taking over the Royal Hobart Regatta Grounds on 14th and 15th March, the beloved Tasmanian festival has officially unveiled its two-day lineup — and it's one of its best yet.
Leading the charge for 2026 are Aussie rock favourites The Rubens and Triple J favourites The Rions, alongside The Moving Stills, Chloe Parche, Salarymen, and genre-blending newcomers 3%. In true festival fashion, organisers have also teased a mystery act yet to be announced — adding a touch of suspense to an already exciting bill.
The lineup continues to champion homegrown talent, with a strong contingent of Tasmanian acts including The Pillars, Middle Palms, Grace Chia, Power Keg, and Belle's Boys. Local fans can also look forward to sets from Sam McMeekin, Mia Barrow, and Glass Media, making this one of the most inclusive and community-focused editions of the festival to date.

Tickets for Bass in the Domain 2026 are on sale now, with free entry for children under 12 when accompanied by a paying adult. With a lineup that spans indie rock, alternative pop, and emerging sounds, this March event promises the perfect summer send-off in the heart of Hobart.
