Australia’s coastal dance favourite Electric Island is back in 2026 with its biggest edition yet—spanning three cities, five dates and a top-tier lineup of global electronic icons and local heroes. The open-air festival series will once again transform beachside venues in Adelaide, Melbourne and Perth into euphoric dancefloors next April.

Armand Van Helden headlines the entire run, bringing his legendary house catalogue to all five shows. The NYC-based DJ and producer is joined by homegrown favourites Flight Facilities (DJ Set), while trance titans Above & Beyond top the bill at select Melbourne and Perth dates. The tour kicks off at Glenelg Beach in Adelaide on 11th April, before two-day weekenders hit RIVA in Melbourne and Cottesloe Beach in Perth from 18th to 19th April.

Above & Beyond will showcase tracks from their latest album Bigger Than All Of Us, making a triumphant return to Australia’s shores. Known for emotive, cinematic performances, the trio headline Melbourne on 19th April and Perth on the 18th. Meanwhile, Flight Facilities bring their feel-good festival energy across all cities, delivering crowd favourites like “Crave You” and “Clair de Lune”.

Electric Island’s promoter Damian Gelle confirmed the 2026 edition marks a major milestone, with its debut at St Kilda’s RIVA and a five-show format across three states. Pre-sale tickets go live at 8am local time on Wednesday, 22nd October, with general release starting Thursday, 23rd October.
