FORWARDS Festival has unveiled the final additions to its 2025 lineup, rounding out one of the most diverse and exciting programs of the summer. The event takes place on the August bank holiday weekend, Saturday 23 and Sunday 24 August, at Clifton Downs in Bristol.

Saturday’s main stage will now feature genre-blending singer-songwriter Nilufer Yanya alongside Berlin-based artist Anna Erhard. On Sunday, the stage welcomes explosive rapper Pa Salieu and boundary-pushing post-punk group Squid. These new acts join a stacked lineup including Jorja Smith, Ezra Collective, Confidence Man and Barry Can’t Swim.

The Arches, FORWARDS' new dance tent, will showcase Jamz Supernova, LTJ Bukem, Shy One and Smith & Mighty Soundsystem with special guests. This space also shines a spotlight on homegrown talent like Miss Mash and REA, offering a high-energy soundtrack across both days.

Late-night programming continues with The Information stage, featuring emerging names from Bristol's local scene. Highlights include Ava Zarate, Dizraeli & Joy Machine, Laura Dia and Waldo's Gift. With its bold lineup and strong focus on community, FORWARDS Festival is shaping up to be an unmissable end to the summer.
