The debut edition of Freeform Festival is just weeks away, and organisers have revealed a fresh set of updated set times ahead of the event at Sidney Myer Music Bowl on Friday, 10th October, 2025. In a move driven by community feedback and the festival’s commitment to creating a more present and immersive experience, the Freeform team has reworked the schedule to minimise clashes and maximise flow.
Among the key changes, Skee Mask will now perform on Stage 3 at dusk, aligning his genre-blurring sound with the natural shift from day to night. His atmospheric, full-spectrum set promises to be a transformational moment as the sun sets over Melbourne’s skyline. Fans can also now catch Atsuo the Pineapple Donkey lighting up the Skylab Stage at 6pm, kicking off the festival’s night programme with his vibrant live performance.
To ensure a proper finale to Freeform’s inaugural celebration, Darwin will now close the Garden Stage, bringing the crowd together for a unified, heartfelt finish. The updates reflect Freeform’s dedication to crafting a shared, thoughtful journey—one that prioritises collective energy and freedom over rigid programming.

The updated timetable allows attendees to soak in more of the standout performances from an eclectic lineup that includes Four Tet, Floating Points (Live A/V), INVT (Live), DJ JNETT, Jono Ma, Yarra, 1tbsp, Musclecars, and many more. With a wide-ranging curation of electronic, live, and experimental acts, Freeform Festival 2025 is set to launch with purpose—and plenty of soul.
