Tasmania’s favourite boutique festival is back with a bang—Good Gumnuts Festival has officially unveiled its 2026 lineup, packed with a vibrant mix of indie, electronic, and rock favourites. Set to return to Burnie from 6th to 8th March, 2026, the three-day event continues its reputation for spotlighting homegrown talent alongside major national acts.
Leading the bill this year is mellow psych-rock favourite Dope Lemon, alongside indie-pop heavyweights The Jungle Giants and dancefloor magnet Young Franco. Longtime festival favourites Sneaky Sound System, Thirsty Merc, and Art Vs. Science also bring nostalgic energy to the top of the lineup. Emerging acts like Dice, Rum Jungle, Dizzy Days, and Grxce reflect the festival's ongoing commitment to rising Australian artists.
The 2026 edition showcases a genre-blending collection of artists, from the surf-folk charm of Kim Churchill to the energetic pop of Kira Puru and the quirky electronic stylings of Japanese-Australian duo エミエミ (emi emi). Fans can also catch exciting up-and-comers including Baby Lemur, Fur Blossom, and Playlunch, ensuring a dynamic experience for festivalgoers of all tastes.
Presale tickets go live at 9am on 10th September, with general sales opening at 8am on 13th September.
