Labryinto has confirmed that the festival will not take place over New Year’s Eve 2025, following four consecutive editions in Costa Rica’s Guanacaste Province. The beloved boutique festival, known for its blend of music, nature, and immersive experiences, announced a pause as it reimagines its next chapter.
In a heartfelt message to its community, the Labryinto team reflected on the need for rest and renewal after four magical years, stating that they’re “not about rinse-and-repeat” and want to keep things fresh. The team hinted at exciting changes ahead, including new dates, locations, and upgraded production for NYE 2026. While no new venue or timeframe has been announced yet, the organisers have assured fans they’ll be the first to know once plans are finalised.
The 2024–25 edition featured a globally curated lineup including Âme (Live), Bedouin, Jamie Jones, Mind Against, Deer Jade, and Folamour, alongside a strong roster of regional and emerging acts. The decision to take a break in 2025 comes as a surprise to many, but also underscores Labryinto’s commitment to creativity and evolution over repetition.
Labryinto’s return in 2026 promises a bold new direction that will elevate the festival to new heights. Until then, fans are encouraged to keep the spirit alive, with the team expressing excitement for wherever the next adventure may lead. Eyes are now on 2026 for the festival’s anticipated rebirth.
