Pitch Music & Arts has announced its highly anticipated return in 2026, running from 6th to 10th March on the Grampian Plains beneath Gariwerd (The Grampians). Celebrating its ninth edition, the beloved four-day electronic and arts festival continues to shape Australia’s forward-thinking creative scene with bold new developments and a refined festival vision.
Among the most exciting additions is a reimagined Pitch Black stage, inspired by its iconic 2020 design and Berlin’s club architecture, alongside the brand-new Pitch Rock Pool—a restorative open-air swimming space near the Pitch Pavilion. The festival also welcomes renowned arts producer Tom Supple as its new Arts Curator, promising an expanded multidisciplinary programme featuring immersive installations and new commissions.
Pitch’s signature stages—Pitch One, Pitch Black and the Resident Advisor Stage—will all return, set within world-class structures and powered by Funktion One sound systems. Architects Ambrose Zacharakis and Henry Howson return to evolve Pitch One’s brutalist structure, while Studio Raito, famed for their work on Dekmantel and Waking Life, will redesign the Resident Advisor Stage for 2026. TOR Studio takes the reins on the revamped Pitch Black experience.
Ticket access has also been updated with the new Register and Reserve system, giving festivalgoers the option to secure or register for presale tickets ahead of key dates. Passes are available for two, three or four days with flexible camping upgrades including Premium Camp and Eco Camp. Bus packages from Melbourne and vehicle passes support a more sustainable journey to Pitch’s home in Moyston.
