One of Aotearoa’s most exciting New Year’s festivals is back in a big way—Rolling Meadows has officially revealed the first wave of artists for its 2025 edition, set to take place from 29th to 31st December in Bottle Lake, Christchurch. With more than 60 acts already announced, the summer celebration is gearing up for its biggest year yet, bringing together international icons, bass-heavy favourites and local legends across three stacked days.
Leading the lineup are UK rap star Aitch, Grammy Award-winning R&B vocalist JoJo, and explosive DnB heavyweight K Motionz. Other major highlights include Kings of the Rollers + Inja, Sota, legendary turntablist A-Trak, bass pioneer Flux Pavilion, and multi-platinum hitmaker Example. Drum and bass fans are especially spoiled this year, with appearances from DJ Hazard, Simula, Charlotte Plank, State of Mind + MC Crafty, and many more.
The 2025 edition will also shine a spotlight on local talent, with a strong undercard of emerging and underground artists including Delicious, Gwyn, Yarn, Elipsa, and Danger Dargie. Hosted once again at the lush grounds of 240 Lower Styx Road, the festival continues to fuse a multi-genre lineup with immersive production, art installations and a welcoming atmosphere designed to bring people together.
Presale tickets are available now, with general on-sale beginning at 5:30pm on 2nd September. With more than one-third of all tickets already reserved through pre-orders, organisers have confirmed that this will be the biggest Rolling Meadows yet. As the countdown to the New Year begins, fans are being urged to act fast to secure their spot in the Meadows.
