Scarborough Beach Weekender has announced its return for a second edition, with the beachside festival set to take over the Scarborough Beach Amphitheatre in Perth on 28th and 29th November, 2026, less than eight months after its acclaimed debut. Organiser Palace J Entertainment has confirmed a stacked two-day lineup headlined by New Zealand chart-toppers Six60 on Saturday and surf-folk favourite Ziggy Alberts on Sunday, with the event fast-tracked on the back of an overwhelmingly positive inaugural response.

The two days have been programmed as distinct experiences. Saturday's 18+ event also features Kiwi reggae pioneers The Black Seeds in their first Perth appearance since 2017, Australian icon Christine Anu, and Perth singer-songwriter Drea, with more names still to come. Sunday flips to an all-ages, all-Australian celebration, with Ziggy Alberts taking the sunset headline slot, supported by indie-folk act Sons of the East, finally making their Scarborough Beach Weekender debut after the cyclone-forced postponement of the inaugural March event prevented their appearance, alongside indie-pop artist Gretta Ray and Fremantle DJ collective Ningaloo Records closing out the evening.

Director Jaylee Osborne says the strength of the crowd response after Cyclone Narelle forced a two-week postponement in April made bringing the festival back sooner an easy decision, with this edition also introducing refinements based on festivalgoer feedback, including earlier Sunday gates and the expanded Stay and Play program offering exclusive deals with local Scarborough hotels, bars and restaurants.

Presale tickets open on Tuesday, 11th August, 2026, exclusively for those who register at the festival's official website, starting from $99 plus booking fee. General public tickets go on sale Thursday, 13th August, with single-day tickets from $119 plus booking fee and weekend passes from $219 plus booking fee. Afterpay payment plans are available across all ticket types. Saturday is strictly 18 and over, while Sunday is all ages, with Sunset Lounge VIP options available for guests aged 18 and over on both days.
