Strummingbird, Australia's fastest-rising country music festival, has officially confirmed its 2026 touring schedule, announcing three dates across Victoria, New South Wales, and Queensland. The second edition will kick off in Ballarat on Saturday, 10th October, marking the festival's first-ever Victorian stop, before heading to Newcastle on Saturday, 17th October, and wrapping up on the Sunshine Coast on Sunday, 18th October.

Ballarat replaces Perth on the 2026 map, with organisers acknowledging Western Australia won't feature this year as the festival shifts its regional focus eastward. Created by Kicks Entertainment, the team also behind Spilt Milk, Strummingbird debuted in 2025 with sold-out crowds and a headline lineup featuring Jelly Roll and Shaboozey, setting a high bar for its sophomore run.

The full 2026 lineup is set to be revealed on Tuesday, 5th May, with organisers promising "a superior crop" of local and international country acts. Returning fan-favourite elements include the Silver Spur Saloon, line dancing, country-inspired markets, and a range of pop-up experiences throughout each event.

Strummingbird has also reaffirmed its commitment to regional Australia, with the festival designed to celebrate local communities while delivering meaningful tourism and economic benefits to each host city. Fans eager to secure Strummingbird 2026 tickets are encouraged to register their interest via the official website ahead of the general on-sale. With three weekends of country music on the horizon, anticipation ahead of next week's lineup announcement is already running hot.
