The countdown is on for the 2025 edition of Wild Horses Festival, with organisers unveiling the official set times ahead of the single-day event on Saturday 27th December at Petco Park in San Diego, California. This year’s bill features a genre-spanning mix of folk, Americana and indie rock, headlined by chart-topping UK favourites Mumford & Sons.
Festivalgoers can now plan their day, with gates opening at 4:00pm. Opening the evening is Lily Meola, whose heartfelt vocals will kick off the live music from 4:45pm to 5:30pm. She’ll be followed by rising country-folk star Sierra Ferrell, performing from 6:00pm to 7:00pm with her signature blend of Appalachian charm and vintage flair.
Next up, Lord Huron takes the stage from 7:30pm to 8:30pm, delivering their cinematic, wide-open sound just as twilight falls over the ballpark. Closing the night is a full two-hour set from Mumford & Sons, who will perform from 9:00pm to 11:00pm — marking one of their few U.S. festival appearances of the year.

Returning to San Diego for its year-end edition, Wild Horses offers fans a final chance to gather under the stars before 2025 draws to a close. With a picturesque stadium setting, high production values, and a tightly curated lineup, the festival promises an unforgettable night of live music in one of California’s most iconic venues.
