Electric Avenue 2026 has just unveiled its star-studded lineup, featuring a stacked list of international and local talent across two massive days, 27th and 28th February, at Hagley Park in Christchurch.

Leading the charge is the long-awaited return of Split Enz, performing an exclusive New Zealand set that’s sure to be a landmark moment in local music history. Joining them are international heavyweights Dom Dolla, Basement Jaxx (Live), Kesha, and Pendulum (Live)—all performing NZ exclusive sets. Other major names include The Streets, Becky Hill, Sammy Virji, Royksopp (DJ Set), Obongjayar, and Sudan Archives, ensuring a diverse sonic offering across electronic, indie, pop, and dance.

The lineup also showcases a deep selection of Kiwi favourites including L.A.B, Ocean Alley, Drax Project, Supergroove, Fazerdaze, There's A Tuesday, and Kora, alongside rising artists and local legends like Dream.R, Mim Jensen, Danica Bryant, and Frank Booker. From stadium-sized singalongs to underground club vibes, Electric Avenue’s 2026 edition will cover it all.

Presale tickets go live from 12pm (NZDT) on Wednesday, 10th September, with a One NZ customer presale beginning Tuesday, 9th September at 12pm. General on-sale begins Friday, 12th September at 12pm, with tiered weekend passes starting from $289.90 + booking fee. With just weeks to go until Electric Avenue 2025, organizers have officially released the highly anticipated set times, giving festival-goers the chance to plan their perfect weekend. Taking place on February 21-22 at Hagley Park, Christchurch, this year’s festival is stacked with a massive lineup featuring The Prodigy, Chase & Status, Empire of The Sun, Tash Sultana, L.A.B, and Rudimental.

However, organizers have also confirmed that Tones and I will no longer be performing due to unforeseen circumstances. While her absence is a disappointment for fans, Electric Avenue 2025 still boasts a diverse and exciting mix of talent, including Khruangbin, The Kooks, Wilkinson, Fat Freddy’s Drop, DJ Shadow, and Maribou State.

With multiple stages and two days of non-stop music, the release of the set times allows fans to start planning their festival experience, ensuring they don’t miss their must-see acts.

Electric Avenue Unveils Set Times for Its Massive 2025 Edition as Tones and I Withdraws from the Lineup.

Electric Avenue is celebrating its 10-year anniversary in style with a two-day festival at Christchurch's Hagley Park on February 21 and 22, 2025. Organisers have unveiled a stellar lineup, headlined by drum and bass duo Chase and Status and legendary electronic dance band The Prodigy.

Chase and Status, known for hits like "Disconnect," "Backbone," and "Gunfinger (Salute)," will kick off the festival on day one with an energetic performance that promises to thrill their New Zealand fans. The Prodigy, famous for iconic tracks like "Breathe" and "Firestarter," will headline day two, bringing their dynamic stage presence and decades of experience to the Electric Avenue crowd.

Joining these headliners are international acts such as Wilkinson, The Kooks, and Rudimental, as well as Australian favourites Empire of the Sun, Tash Sultana, and Peking Duk. The festival will also feature iconic Kiwi artists like Shapeshifter, Ladi6, the Christchurch Symphony Orchestra, L.A.B., and Fat Freddy’s Drop, making it a must-attend event.

With more than 25,000 tickets already registered in presale, Electric Avenue 2025 is set to be the biggest party in Australasia. Presale tickets are available from September 10, with single-day tickets released in October.
