Known for his high-intensity sets and viral tracks, Restricted brings a distinctly European hard dance energy to the Basquiat Stage. Following a breakout global run across Europe and North America, his addition signals Spilt Milk’s commitment to expanding its electronic offering while keeping the focus firmly on crowd-moving festival moments.

Each city’s local music scene will also be front and centre. From Canberra’s Jeb b2b Dimsim and Sophie Edwards to the Gold Coast’s Shimmy and Trance Mums, local acts will kick off the day with fresh sounds and hometown flavour. Ballarat and Perth round out the lineup with names like Ruby Lou, Party McCarty, Spici Water, and Namesake adding to the early energy.

Spilt Milk 2025 is shaping up to be one of the biggest festival events of the year, not only thanks to its stacked headline roster—featuring Kendrick Lamar, Doechii, Dominic Fike, and more—but also through its commitment to spotlighting homegrown talent. With each stop on the national run, the festival has announced a hand-picked selection of local artists who will take the stage alongside international and national heavyweights.

Ballarat will welcome six Victorian artists to its lineup, including Isgwan, Larissa Lambert, Lewis Love, Party McCarty, Ruby Lou, and Tom Nethersole. Over in Perth, WA locals Don Darkoe, Namesake, and Spici Water will represent their city’s vibrant music scene with genre-blending sounds and fresh energy. Canberra’s Exhibition Park show will showcase six ACT-based talents, including Eldest, Jeb b2b Dimsim, Smartcasual, Sonic Reducer, Sophie Edwards, and Zacattacq.

Gold Coast’s sold-out stop rounds out the festival with a strong selection of Queensland locals: Ixaras, JJ4K, Kessin, Sadboy., Shimmy, and Trance Mums. These artists span a wide mix of genres—hip hop, electronic, indie, and experimental—offering audiences a chance to discover rising stars before they break big.

The tour will once again hit four major cities, kicking off in Ballarat on 6 December before making its way to Perth, Canberra, and the Gold Coast. Fans can expect a diverse mix of international talent and local legends, with performances from d4vd, Nessa Barrett, Skin On Skin, sombr, The Rions, South Summit, and many more across the massive touring event.

Beyond the music, Spilt Milk is known for its immersive experiences, and 2025 is no different.
