After a year off, Fridayz Live is officially back in 2025 and ready to make a massive comeback. The beloved throwback festival has just announced its return dates and venues, setting the stage for what promises to be its biggest edition yet.

Fridayz Live 2025 will kick off at Brisbane Showgrounds on Friday, 17 October, before hitting Sydney’s ENGIE Stadium on Saturday, 18 October. The tour then heads west to Perth’s Langley Park on Friday, 24 October, and wraps up with a huge finale at Marvel Stadium in Melbourne on Saturday, 25 October.

The festival, which typically brings together the best of ‘90s and 2000s R&B, hip-hop, and pop, teased its return yesterday with a cryptic video on social media packed with excited fan messages. Today’s announcement confirms the return is real—and it’s going big, with the lineup set to drop this Thursday 22 May at 6am AEST.

After skipping 2024 due to not securing a “worthy” lineup, organisers promised they’d be back “bigger and better” in 2025. With stadium-level venues now locked in, all eyes are on the lineup reveal. Expect fan favourites and nostalgic heavyweights to take centre stage this October.
