Le Currents is set to return to the scenic shores of Lake Taupō on 28th December, 2025 with its most ambitious lineup to date. The boutique Kiwi summer festival will once again take over Riverside Park, blending live music, dancing, and lakeside energy into one high-voltage day of celebration.

Topping the bill is UK drum and bass heavyweights Rudimental, who will close out The Riva Stage for the first time ever. They're joined by Aussie favourites Lime Cordiale, local house heroes Chaos In The CBD, and electro-funk duo Chromeo performing a special DJ set. A mix of rising talents and cult favourites rounds out the bill, including No Cigar, Rum Jungle, Letters To Lions, There’s A Tuesday, Katayanagi Twins and many more.

The 2025 edition promises a genre-spanning journey—from sun-drenched indie grooves to thumping electronic beats. Organisers describe it as a "buffet of summer sounds", highlighting how much heart went into this year's curation. With its lakeside setting and stacked lineup, Le Currents continues to cement its place as one of Aotearoa’s most beloved end-of-year festivals.
